Connect an AI assistant to Tracido
Add Tracido as a connector in ChatGPT or Claude so the assistant can look up your reports and dashboard on your behalf. You'll sign in with your Tracido account during setup — the assistant only sees what you can see.
Tracido connector URL
https://tracido.com/mcpPaste this URL wherever the assistant asks for a connector or MCP server URL.
Connect ChatGPT
- 1. Open ChatGPT → Settings → Connectors → Advanced and turn on Developer mode. Read the risk notice shown there.
- 2. In the chat composer, open the "+" menu and enable Developer mode.
- 3. Click "Add sources", then "Connect more".
- 4. Name the connector "Tracido" and paste the URL above.
- 5. Sign in with your Tracido account when prompted, then ask ChatGPT to look up your reports.
Connect Claude
- 1. Open Claude → Custom connectors .
- 2. Name the connector "Tracido" and paste the URL above.
- 3. Sign in with your Tracido account when prompted.
- 4. Enable the connector from the chat composer, then ask Claude to look up your reports.
Refresh after Tracido changes
Assistants cache the connector's tool list. If Tracido ships new tools or changes existing ones, refresh the connector so the assistant picks them up.
ChatGPT
- 1. Open ChatGPT's app preferences and select Tracido under "Enabled apps".
- 2. Next to "Information", click "Refresh".
- 3. If the URL changed, paste the latest URL from above.
- 4. Start a new chat and ask ChatGPT to use Tracido.
Claude
- 1. Open the Connectors page and select the Tracido connector.
- 2. Refresh or update the connector's tools.
- 3. If the URL changed, paste the latest URL from above.
- 4. Ask Claude to use Tracido.
The assistant acts as you. It can read your reports, dashboard summary, and other data your Tracido account can access — nothing more. Disconnect the connector in ChatGPT or Claude at any time to revoke access.
