Will my bank or lender accept this report?+

Tracido produces a management-prepared Scope 1 + 2 inventory calculated using the GHG Protocol Corporate Standard and ECCC emission factors — the methodology most Canadian ESG questionnaires reference. Requirements vary by lender, so confirm what yours asks for. If they require third-party assurance, every figure traces to its source document, which is what a verifier needs to work from.

Which emission factors do you use?+

ECCC's Emission Factors and Reference Values, Version 3.0 (October 2025), which draws its values from the National Inventory Report 1990–2023 — including province-specific grid intensity for electricity. When ECCC publishes an update, Tracido updates the factors, and finalized reports keep the factor version they were calculated with, so old numbers stay reproducible.

What data do I need to get started?+

Twelve months of electricity, natural gas, and vehicle fuel bills. PDFs are fine. Missing a month? You can enter the kWh or m³ by hand.
